Shipping policy

KEN LLOYD online store offers both domestic and international shipping.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.

Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders within Japan will be shipped through either Japan Post, Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport and shipping costs will vary with the size and weight of consignment.
You will be notified as soon as your order has shipped out, and given a tracking number.

We expect your order to arrive within 1-3 days of shipping, but depending on weather and transport conditions, some orders may take a little longer to arrive.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Please choose your shipping zone while placing your order.
Our international shipping charges will vary with the size, weight and mode of consignment.

International orders will be shipped through EMS (Express Mail Service). 
You will be notified as soon as your order has shipped out, and given a tracking number.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive. Some areas may take longer depending on customs.

*Customers with shipping addresses outside of Japan are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country. Please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, item costs and shipping charges will not be refunded.

*Please note that we do not accept exchange & returns for any order shipped internationally unless the fault is at our end meaning that the product is defective or a wrong item/size was shipped.
